Called to Order: FC 19:30 hours (7:30pm)

19:00hr: Training: C Godshall, ODU`s Video on “blousing of the pants”/uniform details.
FC’s Report on Division Meeting:
1. One of Admirals goals – reduce the amounts of deaths in the A.O.R.s
2. Work on getting those that need to complete the 4 hr TCT/RM done.
3. District would like more individuals qualifies to instruct courses and help.
4. Due to “Brianna`s Law” District optimistic that good turn outs will happen at Flotillas
ABS classes.
5. Working on Division holding classes.
6. Awards – Think about your Flotilla members qualified to be nominated for NACO 3
Star Diversity.
7. Training – What training are we interested in learning? What an we do to accomplish
them?

Press releases will be done through area newspapers. Motion was made by C. Godshall to refund
$50.00 to J.Record for advertising expenses. Seconded by W. Buckholz.

Public Education : M. Laufer, FSO – PE. Finalizing P.E. locations. 1st class 2/29/20
Human Resources : D. Dutko, FSO – HR. Nothing to report
Program Visitor : M. Laufer, FSO – PV. 0 for YTD
zVessel Examination : T. Chiappone, FSO – VE. Vessel workshop will be done in the spring.

Old Business: Motion made by C. Godshall to support lunch and dinner expenses at D – Train
for J. Record and K. Howey. Seconded by M. McGrath. Carried
New Business: Name tags given out to B. Stephens and K. Howey. W. Bucholz, still needs ID
card
Awards /Recognition :
Coast Guard Liaison:
Aux Liaison: BM3 Talbot and BM 2 Miller spoke. Suggested placing posters by boat
ramps in Lewiston. M. McGrath suggested dating decals for Dec. 31 st to help inspections
to be done in the beginning of season. Talbot will inquire.

Next Flotilla Meeting: March 18th 2020, Training, 7: 00 pm, Meeting, 7: 30pm
Next Division Meeting: at Sector Buffalo will be March 3rd , 19:15 hrs. ( 7:15 )
